What is a smart home?
A smart home is a home that reduces its energy costs, increases its security, and has greater comfort/entertainment capabilities. Monitoring – Your home automatically and immediately notifies both the homeowner and the monitoring services in the event of an intrusion, power failure, water leaks or gas leaks, heating/cooling or sump pump failure. Entertainment – Enjoy your music/videos and internet access in any room you wish. With a central wiring and distribution center, your servers are remotely accessible with multi source availability providing simultaneous and varying entertainment in any room to satisfy all family members. You can have remote access and control of your music selection on the patio!
