Preconstruction Evaluation: Prior to the start of construction, all elements are reviewed. Contractors and materials are scheduled and time lines are established.

Framing: Improved framing results in a home that features tighter construction for optimum comfort and energy efficiency.

Mechanical: State-of-the-art highest efficiency boiler heating/cooling and water system are used with steady flow HRV, clean air and humidity control. Enjoy instant hot water anywhere in the house and feel the difference radiant heat provides. Your mechanical room is impressive.

Optimized Insulation: A certified insulation contractor installs sidewall and attic insulation materials to completely fill air cavities, leaving no voids and maximizing insulation value.

Superior Caulking & Sealing: This added feature eliminates potential drafts from window and door perimeters, prevents loss of conditioned air and blocks the entry of dust and allergens.

Sealed Ducts: All ducts are properly sealed and tested before drywall installation to eliminate loss of conditioned air, improve airflow and enhance comfort.

Balanced Airflow: Installed throughout the duct system is a series of adjustable dampers, allowing the control of airflow to ensure that each room receives the calculated amount of heating and cooling.
